Very nice cala and very uncrowded. Good resistance to sand. In the background towards the port of Cartagena, cargo ships and other ships waiting at anchor - background noise of the engine can be disturbing depending on the type of boat.
Très belle cala et très peu fréquentée. Bonne tenue au sable. En arrière plan vers le port de Cartagena des cargos et autres navires au mouillage en attente - bruit de fond de moteur peu être dérangeant suivant le type de bateau.
The wind was as forecast, but the swell from the ESE ran into the anchorage. The wind direction resulted in the swell being on the beam and it was an uncomfortable night. A storm had blown through 2 days before and on arrival the amount of plastic rubbish in the anchorage was horrible. The wind & current changed and the plastic garbage went somewhere else but it is a concern that there is so much trash in the sea. After the change of wind & current the water was clear and clean. I anchored in 9m on sand, the holding was very good. The beaches are mostly surrounded by rocks so setting the anchor is very important. Lots of day boats stop for a swim and a few hours but overnight there was only 1 other boat in the anchorage.

2 little beaches good for the dog. Sandy bottom holding good. Very Roly due to S.E breeze but once settled very pleaant. Can get busy.
