We stayed here for 6 nights. current is strong but manageable and on the east side there is a lot of industry. sometimes there is a very strong and terrible smell. something like fertilizer maybe from the industry in the background. also a lot of big tankships come and go and the pilot boats create unpleasant weaves. but in general a quiet anchorage, almost no swell. not protected from N winds. the beach on the atlantic side is nice :)

Do not wet in strong North winds ... A lot of current at anchor.

Ne pas mouiller par vent fort de Nord... Beaucoup de courant au mouillage.

Only fair weather anchorage or in swlies cause otherwise swell gets in. Stayed here one night with 25knots sw and almost no swell. Good protection. Day after wind was east and swell made it uncomfortable.
