Very nice but busy spot, especially on the weekend. It gets pretty shallow and eel grassy so keep an eye on the chart and depth in your swing circle. Not much protection at this end of the spit but in calm weather there wouldn't be a problem. Further in there is better protection as well as some mooring balls.
