Maritime Museum Centre Wharves to either side of marker. $25 per night regardless of length of boat. Directly adjacent entertainment precinct with quality restaurants and bars, fast eats and a convenience store. Quick walk across to main street, train to Sydney or north and shopping malls. Nice foreshore walk to surf beaches. It is acceptable to expediently moor for short periods to access water and facilities. Otherwise,to access power and key for gated wharf, pay at Maritime/Visitors Information Centre. Mobile contact number is visible on dock. Oh,if you intend staying, please pay the minimal $25 a night. it is a community and volunteer organisation. They will go out of their way to answer any questions and point you in the right direction. As such, number of international boats have ended staying longer than expected. I would advise not to leave the boat unlocked while unattended. There are no major concerns with theft, however - like anywhere - you can get the odd passing opportunist who will happily pocket your Iphone or other small valuables,
