Providence Bay. A beautiful secluded sandy beach anchorage fringed by reefs that unfortunately make it untenable in anything but good weather. For a safer anchorage reasonably navigated at night and protected from moderate to strong southerly conditions, Boat Beach Seal Rocks offers an easier approach and more protection. There is a well marked walking track connecting Providence with Esmeralda Cove where you will find fishing huts, a National Parks hut and an emergency VHF radio.
