Vast bay, but with many boat. Normally you should find a place to drop your anchor. Very good holding. Don’t miss the Sunday market.

The bay, although vast, is still cluttered with more or less abandoned boats and trawlers at anchor. Water is not particularly conducive to swimming. By meltem the circulation in basic annex can be wet in the bay as far as the unloading is not easy or level of the city. We have anchored in the North of the bay, in front of a small pontoon, taking care of the chains of the trawlers, the funds are of good behavior, fortunately because the turbines, just above the anchorage, attest to the windy character of the in law. We therefore see little boat mooring, they probably prefer the nearby marina whose benefits seem excellent but prices, European (370tl / day for 47 feet water and electricity extra). the old town is worth a visit, the Sunday market has a good reputation.

I anchored next to a few sunken boats in 3 MTR.
