Good holding, nice anchorage. Well protected. Two nice tavernas, we liked Abelake more but Minas is also fine.

Good holding in mud, we anchored in the centre of the bay, but you can anchor near the rocks and take a line ashore. Two tavernas in the bay, with pontoons for you to tie your dinghy. We enjoyed a beer in Abelake Taverna watching the sunset over the bay.

Quiet and lovely place for the night. The two Tavernas look nice and don’t put on loud music. When anchoring in the NW est end beware of a big ship anchor abandoned on the bottom, with a chunk of huge chain and rope extending toward the northern beach.
