Good sheltered from the swell caused by the Vassilikí wind "Eric". Even though good sheltered, heavy fall winds are coming down the hillsides. Anchor ratio 1: 5.

Stay om anchor with chain ratio of depth: chain at least 1:5. Then you have nothing to worry about when the Vass wind "Eric" builds up in the afternoon. I have experienced 32 knots. Fantastic to stay in the middle of hundred windsurfers and Hobie Cats. The wind almost always calm down before supper.

Lovely spot with good holding for anchor in sand. Recommend 5:1 ratio on chain. Wind picks up strong from 3pm - gusts up to 32. Great fun watching the wind surfers and kite surfers. Hoping the wind will die down for the evening as we have been told it will!
