Choose the cove on the port side to anchor in depths of 10 m, no catabaric wind at the bottom, room for 2 to 3 sailboats.

We longline in the smaller bay dropping the anchor on one side of the bay and reversing back to the other side. Plenty of rocks to tie onto. Very peaceful night (we were the only boat) and had the bay to ourselves until around 11am when people turned up at the beach and other boaters arrived.

Very quiet anchorage. Prefer the small cove than the large one because with 2 moorings on the ground you will stay well in front of the small swell which can be unpleasant otherwise. In addition there are much less gusts. Anchor away to look for thick layers of sand.
