We found this very convenient after clearing into Croatia in Gruz, with good protection from sw wind and waves. I expect more southerly swell/waves might find there way in here, though. "Tommy" grocery store is very close and excellent. Several easy small old piers for the dinghy to land. Fun area for kids to play and scooter. Free anchorage. Good holding first try. Nice walking trail around the point to the north.

4/5Walk to old town Dubrovnik is about 45 minutes. Lots of shops and cafes along the way. To walk on the old fortress walls cost 150 Kuna per adult and 50 Kuna per child. Definitely a great experience and stunning views. Dogs are allowed. Enjoy!

5/5Anchorage near Dubrovnik that is free. Restaurants, beaches, and a little water park nearby. Set anchor in sand, amongst the sea grass.
