Lovely little bay. Stayed one night. Does not fair well in a South-West so we moved around the corner. Boat House is worth it’s rave reviews. Cave of Tanit is a great walk and climb. Bit of a pain to find sand. Deep but good holding when we got sorted. Can chain up the tender on the left but you run the risk of upsetting the old fisherman for no reason because we were not in his way. Just smile and move on worked for us :)

No swimming buoys in October, so you can anchor close to the beach in the sand. Excellent protection, no swell with winds from the west to the northeast.

Pleasantly surprised by this anchorage. Great protection from west winds. Good holding in sand, lots of small boats/moorings but still plenty of space. Lovely clear water. Can dinghy to the beach on either side of the swimming area. Boat House is a fun restaurant, good food, not as pricey as most waterfront restaurants on the island (paella de mariscos 19€ pp, delicious and huge). By the fishing huts on the north side there’s steps/a short path that leads to the road avoiding the beach - perfect if you have a dog.
