    Bompa For Tea | Sailboat ~ 11.74 m

Very quiet anchorage, no music (probably the room closed for covid). La Guardia Costiera passed, they just lit up the cliff and left without saying anything. Water not very clean in the morning. Only 3 sailboats in this enormous anchorage.

This is a Protected Area (zone "B"): you can get there by boat, but you cannot give any grounds other than with the authorization of the managing body (which does not understand who he is and how to contact him: to hear the Municipality of Milazzo). For more information see the Official Gazette of 6/3/2019. The areas on which it is possible to establish merits are indicated in the last update (No. 8, of 2019) of the card 246. As for the approach, I believe that also in this area the ordinance of the Harbor Office on the bathing must be respected that foresees (Vers. 2019) to hold itself to 300 mt from the beaches and to 100 mt from the coasts to peak, DURING L TIMETABLE FOR BATHING (ie from 9.00 to 19.00).

Having not found the expected pleasure at the port of Milazzo we left very quickly and anchored in this cala that we enjoyed. The place seems pretty wild but you just have to climb up the hill to find bars and restaurants. All around the bay you can make beautiful walks, including the capo Milazzo at the piscina di venere and the chiesa Sant'Antonio dug in the rock, surprising and richly decorated. The bay is huge and very quiet: the 2 nights we were the only anchored boat and in the day very few small boats.
