Good anchorage to spend the day or a little more. The bottoms are sandy or strewn with algae. We got wet yesterday and hung up well on the second attempt. Good wave protection. The funds are shallow. Do not get too close to the entrance to the port as many fishing boats come out at all hours.

We enjoyed a very quiet night here, protected from NW swell and wind. May stay another day due to thunderstorms predicted from NW. The town on the hill looks very picturesque and with good reviews.

Good holding in sand and mud, nicely sheltered. Checked in with coastguard in marina just by the side of the Anchorage- very friendly. Worth a little walk up the hill to the old town which is picturesque indeed. A friendly place.
