Very nice place and for two days only cruisers here, we loved the tranquility ashore but on board less relaxed; Arrived with steady 20 kts ENE and gusting down the mountains >30 kts. Rolling first 2 days not too bad but on day 3 we moved due to rolling. Leave space to both concrete jetties, ferries run multiple times a day. They turn around, drop anchor and moor stern-to. Super nice walk to The Pool; go up to Radio masts and following the road to the windward side of the island. 35 minutes walking and we spent some time on a beach we had for ourselves. Holding was good. Cheap beer EC$5 opposite of Veggie shop. Nice coffeebar Capt. Phil for breakfast/lunch operated by Scots sailors. Snorkel spot in N of Grand Bay not worth it. And unfortunately lots of plastic in water. Tamarind Beach club is now Soho, opens 1 March 2021.

Good anchorage, easy to access. But the site doesn't offer anything of interest. To go to the pool on foot you have to go through the village. The Voie du Nord is closed by a huge hotel that does not accept walkers.
Bon mouillage, facile d’accès. Mais le site n’offre rien d’interessant. Pour aller à the pool à pied il faut passer par le village. La Voie du Nord est fermé par un immense hôtel qui n’accepte pas les promeneurs.
Easy huge anchorage, lots of starfish and sea turtles. The locals are very welcoming, the vegetable “market” has the best fruit and veg we’ve had in SVG. John Marine Services and Marcus Marine Services are both great and can deliver water to the boat. Stop for a beer at Foxy’s bar right on the beach by the dock - he’s a great guy.
