We anchored on the south part of the island in the light patch where we could see the bottom - maybe 9m. Beautiful for snorkelling and diving and held well, however the anchor got stuck as there are large rocks. Luckily we have diving gear so we could get the anchor free but if you cannot dive or freedive maybe its not best to anchor. The island is 50% public (gov owned) land but is pretty abandoned as they had a fire a few years ago and the private owners have left it. Very small cute church but pretty desolate!

Anchorage in good weather and during the day at 15 / 20m depth and hawser on land. Back up to 8 / 5m of the bottom on one side or the other of the southwestern rock beak. Very beautiful and very wild. We were 2 boats while opposite in the bay of Varko, we counted 25 boats.
