Beautiful anchorage. Good holding, but mind the weed and the marine reserve area. Take the tender to the far right of beach and have a walk around the lovely town and castle. The people at Le Castella are so happy and helpful.

Very nice mooring. We sibd here on the 12th of October and nurzen the yellow Boie to make. The village is very nice also in October are still many restaurants and shops open. To our surprise the visit (a must) at the castle was free.

Anchored 7pm west of castle - no wind & well protected from a NE swell in mud/weed/sand? poor viz but held first time. A few local tripper boats/sundowner cruisers - all disappeared 8.30. Very noisey night until 6am!! Buzzed very close by helicopter 6am & again 7am! Made hasty retreat 3 miles east around headland. Anchored 300m in 5m sand off beach. Huge bay but lots of jet skis buzzing about!
