Came in last night around 6pm - restaurant seems to be closed this year? Could be wrong, it not the normal greeting and little sign of life. Still a great anchorage and lines ashore to the west. Zero phone or data reception on any network though when tucked in.

The turbidity of the water is pretty poor because of the silt being washed into the sea from the river - but park that! First of all there are a few moorings to pick fairly close to the mud bank too - all safe though. The folks ashore in the Seven Islands restaurant will come out and offer to bring you ashore. Excellent nights craic with great food - pick your fish etc. etc. - short walk along a path between jetty and restaurant is very pretty.
