We anchored just before the mooring buoys, good holding but busy area during the day with boats and ferries whizzing around. We used this port to restock and we can highly recommend the Eurospin supermarket for price and variety, but it is good 15 mins walk up a hill. There are also a lot more than 4 mooring buoys there at the moment

Anchor south of the Cardinal in 4.5 m , kelp and sand with quite a few old tractor tires ! Stayed a few hours for provisions at Eurospin ( 1.5 km) up hill.

4 buoys present in early April but we anchored in front in 3-4m in soft mud with thin weed (which coats your chain!). Quiet night, no wind or swell. Small wash from ferries but no problem. Very useful Eurospin worth the hike uphill from the port.
