Pay attention to the bottom made up exclusively of FLAT ROCK between the 2 large yellow buoys to the West (limit of the area for the seaplane), and the yellow 300m buoys to the East (buoys from the large beach to the East of restaurant) _ And what seemed to be an anchoring area with sand in the axis of the small beach located just west of the restaurant (small beach which has no 300m buoys), is only 'a small film of a few cm of sand on ... FLAT ROCK! _ The anchor cannot therefore catch on in this whole area, except to try to make a "knot" with its chain on one of the rare "large pebbles" ("knot" carried out successfully in the north of the island of Molata (SE of Mallorca) which has exactly the same type of bottom, but here I did not find a "big stone" enough ... big, but there are surely some).

Nice anchorage because it's very close to the city center. Dinghy can be left by the concrete mole by the restaurant. Watch out for the uncharted sewage pipe that is right next to the marker. Easy to foul your anchor. Also, when there are heavy rainfalls, the pipe brings a lot of rubbish and shit into the bay, swimming is then a no go (also indicated by the red flags on the beach).

Top location although a bit far from the port in annex. We were 5-6 sailboats in early October. In calm wind and north, it is the spot to visit Palma. At the marina, I was charged € 192 for a 40ft catamaran. Go east of the 2nd yellow buoy, as shown in photos. We even had the visit of the customs for a routine visit. Very kind. We put the annex in the port of the fishermen, the private ones not refusing the access quite simply.
