Probably a nice place with the right circumstances. With strong NE-lies, the bay was not very sheltered, as the winds blow directly from the hills above. Closer to land was too shallow. We moved to Muros after a night. Beware of the rocks to the east.

A very pleasant anchorage, no factory noise (we were there on a Sunday). Quiet and well sheltered. However, be careful with the place of anchorage because there are rocks.

Un mouillage très agréable, pas de bruit d'usine (nous y étions un dimanche). Calme et bien abrité. Attention cependant à l'endroit d'ancrage car il y a des rochers.

Very similar anchorage to Abelleira, but interestingly the noise from the factory on the Punta is less invasive. Beware of the rocks (just awash at low water) on the eastern side of the anchorage. We found good holding on a clean bottom with sand, a second boat anchored just 40m away pulled up a huge bundle of heavy weed. Lovely warm shallow water from the beach for swimming. No bars or restaurants that we could find ashore, but there is a panderia on the main road going up the hill to the right.
