Help provided by Harbour Master. Harbour wall not great for tie up points and watch out for large rock on west side of first quay. In late October, harbour was very busy. Many restaurants around the harbour and small supermarket nearby. No payment requested.

Between mooring and pontoons good restaurants and friendly hosts. Small beach and beautiful walks

First of all it must be said that Aegina is not a destination of choice. Other than the wonderful temple of Affia, the island is devoid of charm. The construction is awful and very low-end, the beaches are naughty, and the restaurants without much interest. No doubt Perdika is what is less horrible. On the other hand, the port can host only a few people - a dozen - and the protection is uncertain. The rocks near the edge of the first wharf are formidable. Wet rather in front of the harbor and row. It is much safer and without risk of spaghetti or taken under a permanent anchorage chain. You understand ... not a fan of Aegina
