A row of very large concrete blocks has recently been placed across the former anchorage. They are submerged at high tide, uncharted and not properly marked, the markers just look like small mooring floats. Very dangerous!

Dirty and slippery pontoons (November). The port moves a lot. The big swell returns despite the pier. They make a new port a little further I hope it will hold a little better. There in November it moved too much we had to leave.

Although listed in pilot books it is no longer allowed to anchor here. The harbourmaster made us move into the marina. He said it was because there's underwater construction and obstructions very near the anchorage marked by buoys, although we checked carefully there was nothing in our swinging circle we had to move anyway. don't anchor here!
