Here late Oct so lots of room but port side area full of mooring balls. Beware of lobster pots outside the bay. Didn't get off but looked easy. Little bit of swell but good holding.

Almost essential stopover which is worth stopping for a few days. The anchorage near the marina is more sheltered than near the fishermen. The beach is nice and you can get into town by a lift for free. The old town is very pretty.
Escale presque incontournable qui vaut la peine de s'arrêter quelques jours. Le mouillage près de la marina est plus abrité que près des pêcheurs. La plage est agréable et on peut monter en ville par un ascenseur gratuitement. La vieille ville est tres jolie.
Very nice bay. Easy anchoring and enough space (only 2 other boats). Only uncomfortable thing is the swell entering the bay. As the tide turns so does the boat meaning that the swell comes in from port in stead of starboard (or the other way around) Nice surroundings despite all the commercial activities. Beware of big tankers moored with lots of lights. As the coastline is lit due to heavy industry we found moored ships difficult to see.
