Very nice anchorage, very well sheltered. Watch out for fishermen who tend unmarked lines in the morning.

Très beau mouillage, très bien abrité. Attention aux pêcheurs qui tendent des lignes non signalisées le matin.

    Hood | Sailboat ~ 10 m

Sheltered just a little further up from here in a E gale. Superb shelter, just very small wind waves. Holding was perfect.

    Ruffian of Amble | Sailboat ~ 12.11 m

Very pretty spot, but poor holding with rocks, stones and sand. Due to the small boat moorings we had to anchor in 12 meters at HW, but still out of the tide, and industrial port hidden by the headland. A visit to the fort “Castillo san Filipe” is a highlight.
