    Nice anchorage, but watch out for the shallows! Entrance best with a rising tide which gives 2-3 extra knots in the river! Holding is good. No petrol or diesel here, but there is a car ferry to the other towns nearby, where fuel can be had. You can tie your dingy up at the long floating pontoon in front of the two cafes on the front. There is a small supermarket in the street between the cafes.

    No good place to anchor. A lot of buoys and very poor holding. Better to go upriver to Aveiro Marina. A short walk to the beautiful city Aveiro.

    Good wetting of very good behavior. Beware of the foreshore that goes up very quickly in the south of the anchorage!

    Bon mouillage de très bonne tenue. Attention à l'estran qui remonte très vite dans le sud du mouillage!
