Very pretty place for an overnight in Easterlies. YC very welcoming and lovely terrace to enjoy a drink in the evening - showers also possible there, but only two showers available (1 male, 1 female). Slight drawback, even if already paying for a mooring buoy, in June 2021 we were charged a £5 daily tender access fee for the dock. It’s not much, but just came as a surprise. Good facilities to provision and short and protected dinghy trip back to moorings/ anchorage. Town is very pretty and lovely walk out to the Castle on the point. Great place to pickup crew if you need, as they can get the Ferry across from Falmouth which can save you moving the boat and losing the mooring ball spot if you’re staying a few days. Pre-booking is possible.
