This is one of our favorite places in Turkey so far. We stern tied to the peninsula of Lasos, which is adjacent to the current day village of Kiyikislacik. Crystal clear water and beautiful views. Took a 4 hour hike to view all the ruins, which are better than anything we’ve seen yet in Turkey, and still need to go back to see more. There were a couple of local restaurants open and we saw one small market. Kiyikislacik is a very small town and we were here in November.

Very secure and very well protected anchorage. Anchored by 5/6 m vase very good hold. The village does not have much interest and neither do the ruins. In addition, the mooring is exactly in line with the runway at Bodrum airport ......
Very safe anchorage. Free swing on eastern side in 5m or lines ashore if busy. Entrance is through ancient harbour building on the east and submerged mole on the west. At time of visit mole marked with large red buoy. Water and electricity available on village dock if you can find space. We anchored under the ruins of the fort. Magical spot!
