Quiet, unless a c ... comes to stick to you while there is plenty of room ....

Good holding in mud. Sheltered from prevailing winds by the island which is joined to the mainland by a causeway bridge. Dinghy into the little fishing harbour then it's around 20 min walk into town. Lots of cafes and restaurants and supermarket. We didn't go to the castle as it was closed on the day. We were there but it is illuminated at night and visible from the anchorage.

Mooring well sheltered from the prevailing winds, background of sticky vase of good behavior. You can go ashore easily with the annex. There is a tap in front of the little church and next to the fishing boats.
