Few guest berths, but a good draft of over 3 meters. The port is located on a tourist bar mile. Harbor master nice. Cost for a 13m ship is 38 euros in October.

Wenig Gastliegeplätze, jedoch guter Tiefgang von über 3 Meter. Hafen befindet sich an einer touristischen Kneipenmeile. Hafenmeister nett. Kosten für 13m Schiff 38 Euro im Oktober.

Friendly staff but English was a struggle. We stayed here half a day to pick up crew from the airport, the station is close to the port and 35 minutes later you’re there. It’s a very cheap touristic environment which shows in the type of restaurants you can find in town. In the port jet ski’s are constantly moving in and out with loud music and waves all over. Guess it’s a place you either like or not. We were not impressed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are small but kept clean. The marina is well protected except from a large swell (over 1.5 m) arriving from the E or NE and it can get bumpy in the winter - mooring compensators are a must (in winter). Winter rates are reasonable 12m sail boat 520 Euro per month, the price almost doubles in the summer (May to November). The train service to Malaga and Malaga airport is very good and a return ticket is around 5 Euro. Lots of cafes and bars close to the marina and a good selection of supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.
