This place is only 3m deep by the quay, full of old and new mooring lines laid haphazardly and it is easy to catch one in your prop. No toilet, showers, long way to town. If you would try to extend Navily reservations (even for few hours) the proprietor will try to charge you much more than the original reservation was (we refused and left). Disappointing.

Pantelleria super you have to tour the island, beautiful. On the other hand no service on the part of the person in charge of the pontoon, nobody on the arrival and the departure, he passes only to ask the money for the mooring. 60 € per night for two pendants and a connection to electricity is expensive. Apparently free to the old port but it is to do day with caution.

To avoid if possible. We had reserved a port seat for the night of May 3, 2019 and had Salvatore, the port manager on the phone in the morning, and told him we were arriving at 11pm. Given the weather conditions, we were unable to reach the port before 3am or contact Salvatore. Arriving at the harbor (not well protected from the swell), we had to make circles in the water to find a place and were finally helped by a sailor from the shipyard in front, which I recommend. We were charged 48 euros for a night in a port in which we have not been, despite ourselves. Salvatore's argument for not paying us back was that he waited until 11pm for our arrival, and that we did not warn him of our later arrival, while we were at sea by 35 knots of wind and too far from shore to use our phone while the VHF was not responding. The island is however very pleasant and full of mysteries.
