Very endearing port. By the way, there are very strong lines, but not in all places. The visitors' wharf is the first to starboard, those further east being reserved for locals and rental companies. Very interesting maritime museum. The covered market impresses with its volume. Local market on Saturday morning Remarkable welcome at the tourist office (the hostess speaks very good French) which is located next to the port office (Spiros) in an old mosque in the Venetian port Those who do not like the accordion, (between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.) prefer the west side of the platform, but suddenly they will appreciate more the noise of the coffee shops Stopover not to be missed, with very modest prices (around € 6 for an 11 m and € 3 for 1000 liters of quality water)

We enjoyed it so much we stayed 3 nights. There are some laid lines but not enough for all boats. The waterfront is very lively and lots of taverna options. The marina manager, in the mosque style building was very helpful on shopping, car rental, markets. We rented a car and drive to the imbros gorge for a great hike. Also the Dourakis winery was nice.
