Had an issue when I arrived after being up all night... The marina said they made a mistake in the price, after a couple of hours and after involving Navily, they honored the price. The marina itself is uncomfortable. It is simply floating pontoons that move vigorously whenever a ferry passes by (which is very often). You have to pay extra for water and electricity. I was charged 20€ which lasted me around 10hrs only ;( they gave me WiFi Access which didn't reach outside and I could not be bothered to tell them to fix it. I would not want to stay here again if I ever pass by Sicily. Oh and the location to town was not that fantastic. All in all, a pretty negative experience. But Kudos to Navily who responded to my complaint within minutes!

For a 12.58x7.5 catamaran we paid € 165.00 for water and electricity separately for 1 night. The port is expensive, ugly and noisy. Useful only for stopovers.
Per un catamarano 12,58x7,5 abbiamo pagato € 165,00 acqua e luce a parte per 1 notte. Il porto è costoso, brutto e rumoroso. Utile solo per sosta di passaggio.
Can hardly speak English. Very expensive. Dear anchoring at Scilla.
Kann kaum Englisch. Sehr teuer. Lieber Ankern bei Scilla.
