Trouble to go home but great home or they go out in zodiac to indicate the pass (I saw in mini 2.60m of water).

Problème de passe pour rentrer mais super accueil ou ils sortent en zodiac pour indiquer la passe (j'ai vu en mini 2,60m d'eau) .

We were here for 10 days at the start of winter. Great winter crowd and lots of social activities. Facilities clean but a bit far from our pontoon. Boat moves a lot in strong winds (we had 32 kts). Good idea to have gardinage if you leave it for any length of time. We scheduled some stainless work at the cantiere, really had to push and did not realise it was reliant on outside contractor. Will comment more thoroughly on noon site. Staff all very nice though. Good to rent a car and see some of the area.

Marina office stuff sometimes are very rood and impertinent. Entrance to the marina is subject to heavy silting and after storms from S it might be less than 2 in depth. Following a visit to the marina office to share the concern that many are feeling about being able to depart safely in the near future and the evidence from very recent drone pics that show a serious silting problem, the marina replied that they have checked the depths and they say they are seeing 2.6m in the channel. But now the channel is barely a boat width from what could be seen in the pics. There appears to be some debate as who is responsible for the waters beyond the two breakwaters. Marina argued that to say they are only responsible for the waters up to the end of the breakwater and beyond that you are on your own. When pushed if they would put out an email saying that it is safe to leave (for possible insurance claims) they said that they would not do that. Liveaboards stressed that we believed it was the responsibility of the marina management to be positive and offer guidance on this matter and not just assume that despite the clear evidence it is up to us to make our own decisions. Technical services are very slow in replies, unreliable but super expensive. Never allow them to start works before you have firm written quote for the works and watch closely what they log as their work hours.

Dear Sir, we are sorry and surprised to read your note that you spent the winter here and never complained with us. we were very happy about everything here, at the Barbecue we organized for our winter customers. We are always listening to our customers. As for the sand problem, we are getting to know our clients. We didn't charge you the extra 15 days ago because we considered you arrived later in October, I think this is the proof of our flexibility to our customers. Enjoy your summer and see you in October!

Dear Sir, we are sorry and really surprised to read your note considering that you spent the winter here (and booked for next one) and never complained with us. you also thanked us and told us you were very happy about everything here, at the Barbecue we organized for our winter customers. We are always here to listen to our customers. As for the sand problem, we sent an email to our clients explaining the situation and anyway we started the works at the end of April. We didn't charge you the extra 15 days you stayed because we considered that you arrived later in October, I think this is the proof of our flexibility to our customers. Enjoy your summer and see you in October!
