    Here is a Marina for boaters! We would like to see more in Sicily. Apart from the shallow entrance, top reception and infrastructure (speaks excellent French). Price indicated on Navily. Excellent stopover to visit Ragusa and especially Ragusa ibla. It seems to me that it is a wintering port to recommend given the number of people encountered living on board. We are delighted with our 2 night stopover.

    Voilà une Marina pour plaisanciers ! On aimerait en voir plus en Sicile. A part l’entrée peu profonde, accueil et infrastructures au top ( parle un excellent français). Prix indiqué sur Navily. Excellente escale pour visiter Ragusa et surtout Ragusa ibla. Il me semble que c’est un port d’hivernage à recommander étant donné le nombre de personnes rencontrées vivant à bord. Nous sommes ravis de nos 2 nuits d’escale.

    Wonderful marina. Excellent facilities. Friendly reception by marinero who picks you up at the (shallow) entrance. Friendly & herlpful staff in the office. Great place to leave your boat for a longer period, including winter.

    "I think this is the proof of our flexibility to our customers."I guess this is only if you are not 'locked in' because of a virus pandemic that prevents boats leaving. Not very flexible with the marina fees offering the low season rate when other marinas are offering pro-rata winter rates and some even discounting that rate. But I guess it is a take-it-or-leave-it offer. Oh, wait, we can't as we cannot get to the boat as there are no flights... Nor can we sail anywhere as everywhere is shut. So let's punish everyone by increasing their bill by 225%.

    Dear Mr. Isaac, we regret not reading the name of your boat and not being able to give a face to your words. With regard to what you have written, I remind you that The marina of Ragusa has not increased any tariffs and that by contract, we should have applied the daily transit tariff for each extra day or the monthly mid-season tariff, for the months of May and June, for all those who extend their stay after April 30th. Instead, we applied the low season rate on a monthly basis, offered favorable conditions for the summer packages and on the new annual contracts, providing you with great savings. None of this was due but we did it as an effort to meet our customers, according to our possibilities. This company has continued to give all customers the same standard of services as ever. Ours is a commercial company and not a non-profit organization and unfortunately the pandemic has also hit us hard. If you have suffered significant personal economic damage, we are not the entity that can take charge of this but the reference state bodies. In response to this comment, we inform you that we have had numerous customers who have appreciated our service that has never stopped and our commercial approach. However, we hope that you will remain our customer and appreciate what we have done. Good wind

    Gentile Signor Isaac, ci dispiace non leggere il nome della sua imbarcazione e non poter dare un volto alle sue parole. In merito a quanto da lei scritto, le ricordo che Il porto turistico marina di Ragusa, non ha aumentato nessuna tariffa e che da contratto, avremmo dovuto applicare la tariffa giornaliera di transito per ogni giorno extra o la tariffa mensile di media stagione, per i mesi di Maggio e Giugno, per tutti coloro che protraggono la loro permanenza dopo il 30 di Aprile. Abbiamo invece applicato la tariffa di bassa stagione su base mensile, offerto condizioni favorevoli per i pacchetti estivi e sui nuovi contratti annuali, procurandovi un grande risparmio. Nulla di questo era dovuto ma lo abbiamo fatto come sforzo per venire incontro ai nostri clienti, secondo le nostre possibilità. Questa azienda ha continuato a dare a tutti i clienti lo stesso standard di servizi di sempre. La nostra è una società commerciale e non un ente no-profit e purtroppo la pandemia ha colpito duramente anche noi. Se lei ha avuto danni economici personali ingenti, non siamo noi l'ente che può farsi carico di questo ma gli enti statali di riferimento . A risposta di questo suo commento la informiamo che abbiamo avuto numerosi clienti che hanno apprezzato il nostro servizio che non si è mai fermato ed il nostro approccio commerciale. Ci auspiachiamo comunque che rimanga nostro cliente e apprezzi quanto da noi fatto. Buon vento
