We stayed for 4 nights in rainy windy weather. €44/night (14.9m). Lovely showers. Great restaurant above the marina. Town has lots of shops for groceries, clothes. Couldn’t find a chandlery. Half hour cycle ride to Cambados (2 hours along the coastal route but worth it) - a great place to visit. Vilagarcía is a useful location to sit out weather.

The marina is located near an industrial area, which can set you off on the approach. But just a few minutes walk into town gives an unspoiled Spanish town with nice tapas restaurants and a very good supermarket (about 700m walk). Especially the walk to the north gives great views. The nearby national park is part of the great surroundings. The marineros are super friendly and helpful. Carlos even speaks Dutch and they try to fit you in even if all regular berths are taken. Prices are below what we are used to.
