    Eclipse of Penarth | Sailboat ~ 13 m

The marina has the basic facilities but is far (5km) from the town. Bring your own supplies because the restaurants shown on google maps are gone and there are no local shops. Taxis didn’t appear (3 cancelled for a friend) The marina has floating pontoons which move wildly with every passing boat. Staff are helpful. There is little English spoken so brush up on your España. Overall it’s a cheap basic haven (€34 per night for 13m boat) but not a great venue. It is close to la Ribalda with replicas of Columbus’ ships but without that particular aspect it would have been a wasted trip up the river.
