Finally released from the Greek trap! Veiled friends if you go to Zakintos run away from the Zakintos club yaght at the harbor entrance! Price at the head of the customer cumulation of incompetence and bad faith with reckless risks for the boats! Send the message!

Avoid this quay. The wash from the tourist boats Voutirakos speeding in and out create a violent rocking. Two boats were damaged in the three days we were there. YCZ staff are very friendly but if you don’t use their people for laundry or fuel they will scream at the vendors. They claim they can do nothing about the wake from the tourist boats (the large ferries come in with hardly any wake). The wave literally picks the boats up and throws them towards the quay. Great anchor spot outside by the beach. Quiet and safer.

Stayed two nights. Moored stern to at NW side of the quays. Good holding and no disturbance from ferries or trip boats during our stay. Water and electricity available on the dock. Alex from YCZ was on hand to receive lines. Speaks good English. Explained the services he was able to provide as well as the mark-up versus the options of doing it yourself with port authority about 15 minutes walk to opposite side of harbour. We were not pressured to accept his services. Nice town with good supermarket nearby and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Also many tours and car rentals for travels to other places of interest.
