Hello, Port frequented for a long time and in mid season, there everything superb, especially if you can go to the port near the city. Stopover a few days ago, no answer on the 9, boat docked and we got kicked out ... very average.
Salut, Port fréquenté de longue date et en mi saison, là tout superbe, surtout si vous pouvez allé dans le port proche de la ville. Escale il y a quelques jours, pas de réponse sur le 9, bateau amarré et on s’est fait virer... très moyen.
The white mooring balls are for visitors, cost €15 per night, or you can anchor just beyond the mooring balls in good holding on sand (we did both). The Atlantic swell can make it uncomfortable here. Ashore the port office has a laundry, the Super U is only a short walk away, and the coast path provides some great hikes with a lot of WW2 history.

A little bit rolly but not too uncomfortable. Good holding in sand. Had no problem in 30 knots of SW winds.
