Hitchhiking in Marigot Bay is very effective .. restaurants, markets, affordable shops in case of imperative shopping ..... The clearance sketch is still relevant. No longer possible on the ferry dock since the IRMA storm but within the commercial port. Very friendly but the walk among the containers is special ... 5 euros for an entry / exit
We spent two months at anchor in Marigot Bay during the confinement period for COVID 19. It is a very convenient anchorage for all necessary services, grocery shopping (Super U), etc. There were a few uncomfortable days in early March with northerly swell and very early during a few days of wind from the North, but it has been very comfortable most days, even with strong Easterlies. Very good hold at 2-3 meters of water. The damage of hurricane Irma is still very visible almost three years after and the many months without tourism this year are not going to help.

Compulsory passage for refueling and repairs. Super anchorage but the city is struggling since Irma damage ... Parking annex and diesel at 85 €! Long live the tax refund on alcohol ...
