Anchored in about 14 meters near the mooring balls. Not a lot of room to anchor, but was able to provision at the Marina Migros.

Mooring balls installed in 2019. Fewer spots for anchorage now. In June 2020 we anchored near the fuel station. A mariner asked us to move away closer to the shore. But "closer to the shore" area was occupied by mooring balls and fishing "mooring bottles". So we just left.

Thanks for the great advice Oded. We anchored overnight in 20m. It was very calm and peaceful. A few days later we realised that our binoculars were missing and they most likely disappeared while we visited the beautiful Kas town. Thankfully we’d locked up the boat completely. Definitely lock up & make sure all valuables are put away before you leave your boat here.
