Magnificent church at the top of the village see photo for mooring the rings are vertical below the quay and it is difficult without assistance on land.

When we visited, we tied alongside like most others. NE pier. The water was on but not many taps. The waterpipe did not reach the last 6 boats on outer end. CAUTION. About 3 boat lengths West from where the pontoon (for small boats) joins perpendicular, there is a chain in the water that is a hazard. It runs diagonally to hold the pontoon in place. Starts near the lamp post. You could easily hit it with your keel, rudder or prop. You can see the start of it close to the main wharf. Otherwise, good. Lots of rings to tie to although they are low. Run the hose a long time to get cold water. Give the boat a wash.

The bollards are reserved for fishermen while the rings ahead for everyone. Excellent shelter from all winds if the right precautions are used. There is a Puntos Mihalis mechanic who is good but does not really want to work, the mother translates into English. If you have to work on the engine it may be fine but for everything else it relies on collaborators who come from Athens, like all the spare parts. If you do jobs by him, first make sure of the price and you have to arm yourself with patience, try to get busy and solve everything, always willing to help and he will never tell you I can't do it! 🙄 The mooring is excellent I stayed here 3 months because of Covid. For the supply of water when the pipes are not broken you have to wait for the man who has the key. In addition, every evening you will have guys in a frenzy of hormones with music screams and laughter every night. Until 2:00 instead from 18:00 onwards families with children will come to peek into your portholes out of curiosity.
