This is a very well protected anchorage close to the semi-defuncy Royal Marine Services Boatyard which can organize a haul out if you like. A small local marina has fishing boats and some dismasted yachts but there are virtually no facilities and only a small restaurant two mins walk up the hill. Some small docks to NE seem to belong to a Portuguese fellow living in a house overlooking the bay and he said we are free to moor but with no idea of water depth and no facilities, and a bad road out through a swampy area, anchoring or getting a spot at the boatyard is the way to go. Mud bottom, approx 2.3 meters all over outside the boatyard.

very well protected and extremely quiet. 1km walk to Carrefour. we were allowed to leave the dinghy in the boatyard.
