Good anchorage in 5/6 m bottom of sand and rocks closer to the beach. Poor protection if a SW wind, with entry of swell, but tenable with a good anchor. Two nights to wait for the return of the NE wind to cross to Tenerife
Great anchorage, very well protected. However, the security guy at the marina did not allow us with the dinghy.

The hold is good in the sand, but be advised this is an acceleration zone. I spent 50 days anchored here and experienced 50knot gusts when the forecast read 15knot. I spent a total of 5 nights in port due to southerlies. The port staff and especially the harbour master were very helpful and polite. I was allowed to water at the beach showers and there is a Spar less than 10 minutes walk from the beach.
