Very well protected in situations of southerly swell, where the rest of the bay is very uncomfortable. Not many boats here, very remote. Special atmosphere with several ship wrecks laying on the beach. Safety seems ok, last incident was some time ago. Very clear water in comparison to the north end of the bay, sea bottom visible in 7 m of depth. A great place for nature and privacy lovers.

Mooring good performance for the night, despite a lot of rumors, not tested in bad weather though. Quiet, away from most other boats that anchor further north. Not far from the Indian River and a gas station.
