Wild and windy place, with a little swell finding it’s way around the cape. Fine for a night before crossing towards Gran Canaria. Good hold on sand in about 7 m depth.

We stayed two nights at this anchor spot. Good holding in the sand with pockets of rocks. First night good with 10 kn of NE wind. Second night more swell and unexpected windgust also Wind NE. Uncomfortable night. With the dingy to the place is a must. "Town" is already an attraction, with good restaurant for seafood.

Very good behavior in sand 25 kt NE. Be careful to the west of the anchorage there are a few patches of rock but very easily visible given the color of the water. Unfortunately, even the catamaran mooring, there was an easterly swell. Small village very very little animated with 3 restaurants / bar. Fine sand beach and walk to the lighthouse.
