Shroud Cay is part of the Exuma park so you are expected to pay. Park Rangers can come round but no one in off season. You can pay at Warderick Wells. Great to do the river trip in your own dinghy to the east side of the island. Keep the speed low to protect turtles and environment. Saw idiots on jet skis in there but they can be fined.
