Staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t let us extend our stay because they said they are full. They are not, it is half empty... Talked to staff on the pier who said there would be plenty of space, since only a few bookings.. The office would for some reason let us extend if we payed 150 euros per night?! The manager was in office and directly ignored my face to face attempts to speak with him, while the office lady “shielded” him.. what’s that??

My favorite marina on the Canaries! Very beautiful. At the exit from the marina, there is a Peruvian restaurant that serves very tasty ceviche and Choupe seafood soup (a huge portion, better to take for two). Nearby there is a tourism office, many shops. There is a fish market in the morning. The nearest car hire is about 15 minutes away, on the Costa del Silencio.

Marina expensive for tall ships: no visitor place if you do less than 11m. Avoid in case of southern swell unless you do not want to sleep and you have (many) spare moorings. In this case prefer San Miguel to 3m north much better sheltered. We paid 20euros a night for a sailboat 9m + 4 euros charge for the first night. No trash sorting you have to go to the city unless you break everything in a gray bene. There is wifi at the dock but pay 2euros per day. Not tested. Many restaurants and shops in the city which is very touristy. Sanitary means. Diesel pump in front of the captaincy.

Sanitaires moyens. Pompe à gasoil devant la capitainerie.
