The marina is rustic and quiet. It is a ‘normal’ place. Not too much bling bling. We arrived late September and will stay here during the winter season. The marina is very well protected against the elements and moving our salty boat to fresh water has its perks. The Port Captain is a great guy and the service is absolutely phenomenal. The village is worth visiting, lots of shops, bars, restaurants and has good railway connection.

Very attentive welcome and helping to pass the lock. It's not common to be in town on your boat. The visitor pontoon is along the road, but they didn't have much choice given the topography of the place. Fabulous market on Saturday morning.
