Mooie, rustige haven, dicht bij het stadje. Het mooie kerkje trok onze speciale aandacht in het mooie stadje met talrijke restaurants en bars. We kregen korting voor een verblijf van meer dan 1 nacht. Leuk meegenomen.

The marina at Porto Salina is a great option in heavy weather, to resupply, or if you simply want to have the delights of Salina at your fingertips. Typical stern-to Med mooring situation with lazy lines managed by a helpful and professional crew of ormeggiatori. The marina provides power and waster at all berths (unmetered when we were there) and showers and toilets are also available (although, it pretty busy when we were there - flotillas, etc - and so these limited facilities can be overwhelmed) It cost us €110 for the night (mid-September, mid-week); probably a little over-priced, but not outrageously. Ashore, Salina offers very good facilities: there's a small but well-stocked market just a couple of hundred metres from the marina, and a whole bunch of eating options. Cannot recommend highly enough Trattoria Cucinotta; food to die for and a view to match.
