There is little room for anchorage because the funds go up quickly. at the time of our passage boats were moored on rope and had a large radius of avoidance, besides 2 of them touched often. During a sudden rise and strong wind (35 / 40nds) we had to move away from these boats by taking refuge in the port. see my comment on the port. If the nearness of the city outfeed, Eroski is fine, and the possibility of leaving the annex to the fuel pump is a plus.

Nice place to anchor but not at all protected. The marina is nearby, we were able to leave the schedule all day without problem and direction Ibiza by bus. Once again, motor boats think they are all allowed.

We took shelter here for two nights with a cold front passing over and predicted strong winds (Bft 5 gusting 6) with a 180 degree direction change from south to north. The shelter from the wind was good, especially from the northerly sector. The waves from the south and wash from motor boats made it rolly. Keep care of the busy harbour entrance and the ferry pier in the very north of the bay. Parts of the bay are also very shallow with boats in various states of disrepair on moorings. We saw many near-collisions from boats that anchored amongst them, making for an anxious stay. The town is good for shopping and eating out.
