Where the navily pointer is located, the ground is rocky ... Go forward to the port to have fine sand of good behavior ... We have anchored by thirty knots of wind !!!!! Do not take the port unless the return swell is dangerous because it is extremely expensive in season to have no shelter ... The boats dance on each other perpendicular to the swell which passes through the entrance ... and The staff is not even friendly ... Often the mooring is more comfortable than the port visitors who are a deception ... The local boats are better sheltered ...

Great as an overnight stop prior to departure to Corfu, Albania or Montenegro. Have anchored here 8 times so far and all comfortable nights. Easy access to marina dock by dinghy for supplies.

We stayed here overnight as a staging point to cross into Greece- the anchorage is rock with sand and the best location is tucked up into the corner by the harbour entrance. We weren’t able to get so close as it was busy and had a bit of a rolly night with the anchor on a sand patch but we were laying over rocks - music until 02:00 but it wasn’t overly bad, lots of lights along the beach front Access ashore is fairly straight forward and there were plenty of bars and cafes along the sea front that cater for all tastes.
